1. be a good fit 잘 맞다, 잘 어울리다

Why would you be a good fit or this position?
Unfortunately, we don't feel that you'd be a good fit at this time.

2. know-how 노하우(실질적인 지식과 경험)
the knowledge required to do a certain task
practical knowledge or skill; expertise

He hasn't got the know-how to run a farm.
I don't have the required know-how to build a website, but I am willing to learn.

3. standout 돋보이다
to be prominent(중요한, 유명한, 눈에 띄는, 돌출된) when compared to someone/something else.
a person or thing of exceptional ability or high quality
exceptionally good

Their old orange car stood out from all the rest.
She is a standout among the available candidates.
