<다음 달에 새롭게 해 볼 것>

지금 하지 않고 있는 것 중 다음 달에 새롭게 할 것을 고민한다. 이번 달에 새롭게 시작한 것들은 마무리가 되지 않아 다음 달에도 해야 한다. 그래서 생각해 둔 큰 일은 하지 못할 것 같다. 대신 근육이 많이 빠졌고, 최고 몸무게를 경신했고, 척추와 골반에 이상이 생기기 시작했기 때문에 운동을 시작할 예정이다. 지금 하고 있는 운동들이 아닌 체력을 기르고 근육을 늘리기 위한 운동을 해야한다. 헬스장에 갈 것인지, 집에서 홈트로 할 것인지는 결정을 못했다. 아파트 헬스장 1년치가 결제되어 있긴 한데, 코로나는 핑계고 사실 좀 귀찮다. 귀찮아 하면 안되는데. 차라리 날이 좋아지면 조깅을 좀 해야겠다. 다음 달이라고 했지만 아마 당장 내일부터 시작해야 되지 않을까 싶기도 하다. 새해에는 좀 더 건강해져야지.
